Cancellation Policy

At Custom Brow Studio, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services.
To ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy outlined below:

Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, and future appointments will require payment in full at the time of booking.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
If you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation, subject to our cancellation fee.

Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion.
